Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. If you cancel, your account reverts to the Free plan (3 habits max), but all your data remains intact. You can export it anytime while on Pro.
Is the Mind Body Unlock course included?
Yes! The Mind Body Unlock course ($49 value) is included with yearly and lifetime plans. It's a 9-module training on breathwork, meditation, self-hypnosis, and nervous system regulation.
Can I upgrade from monthly to yearly later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time from your account settings. We'll prorate the remaining days on your monthly plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, we offer a full refund—no questions asked. We want you to love MicroHabits.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Start your trial, explore all Pro features for 14 days. If you love it, do nothing—you'll be charged after the trial. If not, cancel anytime during the trial period with no charge.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for all payments—the same platform used by Shopify, Lyft, and Slack. Your credit card info is never stored on our servers.
